War of The Ring

In the fictional fantasy-world of J. R. R. Tolkien, the War of the Ring was fought between Sauron and the free peoples of Middle-earth for control of the One Ring and dominion over the continent. The War of the Ring took place at the end of the Third Age. Together with the Quest of Mount Doom, it is one of the overarching events of The Lord of the Rings. Gandalf led the free peoples of Middle Earth to victory over the Dark Lord.

Warhammer 40000 Calendar

My playing life, for the longest time, has revolved around tourney play. In the last ten or so years, the tournament scene and specifically the Melbourne scene has blossomed nicely on the back of events like Arcanacon, Conquest, and more recently, Melbourne In Flames, Apocalypse and Judgment Day to name a few.

Melbourne In Flames 2010

MIF2010 is an event for Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Fantasy Battle, to be held over the weekend of 10th and 11th April 2010 (the weekend after Easter) at Phoenix Park Community Centre in Victoria, Australia.
